Job description / Role
Creates and modifies drawings for all existing and new projects under general supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Aiding the technical team with all aspects of design development.
• Support the design development of projects from concept to completion.
• Assist on all drawing packages using Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and another drawing
• Production base program to ensure full coordination and technical excellence are achieved prior to the issue
• Create detailed design drawings
• Prepares final drawings by studying Architectural and Engineering sketches, and supporting documents;
• Developing a layout of the project, components, and parts; drawing multiple views of the project, and components, depicting the relationship of components and parts, identifying dimensions, angles, curvatures, tolerances, and materials.
• Coordinate all information throughout the entire project.
• Modifies drawings as per Architects and Engineers instructions.
• Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, and conferring with Architects and Engineers.
• Support for all local authority compliance and code compliance.
Requirements
• 3-5 years of Architecture experience
• Experience in Revit, BIM 360, Auto CAD, and other drawing production base programs
• Ability to work well within a team of other professionals
• Familiarity with 3D drawings and modeling-based programs
• Requirements Analysis, Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills, Analyzing Information
• Ensure adequate English to ensure correct spelling and grammar on all documentation.
