• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that aligns with the luxury brand’s overall objectives and long-term vision.
• Analyze market trends, innovate the process by emerging technologies and sales tools and competition to make informed decisions regarding pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing personalized service and catering to their unique needs and preferences.
• Oversee the listing process with the team, ensuring that luxury properties are properly presented, marketed, and advertised to attract potential buyers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including other real estate professionals, developers, and industry influencers, to expand the brand’s reach and reputation.
Requirements
Position Title: Director / General Manager / Head of Sales and Operations
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 50K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: UAE
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years of experience in luxury property leasing / rental management; 3 years of which as a Head
• Candidates that can join immediately will be prioritized.
• Open to candidates outside UAE
