Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An Indian restaurant in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure efficient customer service and maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.
• Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.
• Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season, and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
• Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients – asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Open to Indian nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Should have at least 4 years of UAE experience in the same role
• Must have Indian cuisine background in the UAE/GCC
