Job description / Role

Reporting to the CTO, and operating initially in a stand-alone role, you will define and implement the strategy and vision for the technology platforms to support each of the business areas. You will design and develop the digital and technical framework for the company and oversee all security programs, including cybersecurity, data & information security, as well as physical security assets.

Description

* Develop the technology vision and strategy then lead implementation across the entire business from early stage and through various growth phases.
* Develop the roadmap, operating model (including budgets), enterprise-wide system architecture, business continuity and disaster recovery plans for the business, whilst overseeing the delivery to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
* Design and oversee the enterprise-wide security plan, which will include the safety and security of data for the business, as well as leading cybersecurity standards which will maintain the integrity and confidentiality of key information assets.

Requirements

* 15+ years experience in business technology, with established experience developing enterprise-wide technology strategy within the financial sector or with a digital startup
* Experience working directly in mature business markets as an IT leader of a growing business
* Hands-on approach, with proven ability to utilise external parties for technology operations
* Strong understanding of best practices within information, data and cyber-security within financial services
* Excellence communication skills, with demonstrable ability to regularly present with international stakeholders
