Objectives:
• The role is responsible for managing the organization’s procurement process of various goods and services. Acts as a focal point for evaluating suppliers, products, and services

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for procurement process from prequalification/vendor registration until Purchase Order in compliance with LEAD procurement policy and procedures…
• Proactively identify opportunities for supplier sourcing evaluation and cost-effective procurement.
• Evaluate supplier offers, negotiate, and prepare comparisons for management approval to procure required services. Create and maintain relationships with venders/suppliers.
• Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.
• Review all vendors and suppliers.
• Maintain purchase records and other important data.
• Develop plans for purchasing services and supplies.
• Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards.
• Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
• Maintain and update the list of supplier

Reporting to: Community Manager

Requirements

• Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Office suite & CAFM software (Computer Aided FM).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 10 years relevant working experience with at least 5 years experience as a Procurement Officer supply chain in UAE, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and market trends
