Job Description:
? Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware.
? A strong drive to provide excellent customer service and experience, coupled with an awareness of prioritization of tasks, stakeholders, budget, and time.
? Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
? Investigating faults in the network and assist the IT team to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
? Write technical training manuals
Requirements
Qualifications:
? Open to Arabic speakers
? Open to Male candidates
? Must have degree in Computer Technology or related field
? Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry is an advantage
? Must have experience in 365 admin center and administration of AD domain, file servers and VMware vSphere
? Experience in installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, DNS, DHCP and IP telephony
? Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
? Professional certifications are a plus
