The Company
Robert Half is partnered with a global business looking to enhance their Finance function.
The Role
* Consolidation: Consolidate financial statement from multiple business units or subsidiaries including manual adjustments (topside) to the financials.
* Month-End and Year-End Close: Coordinate and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Performing analytical reviews of financial information to ensure the information is reliable, accurate, complete, and properly stated
* PPE: Overseeing the asset management process that includes the accounting, maintenance, and reporting for fixed assets, real and personal property leases, and property taxes.
* Master Data Management: Maintain the Chart of Accounts for the Accounting organization.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts, and provide financial analysis and variance explanations to support decision-making.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
* Internal Controls: Develop and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
* Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations for audits.
* Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including trend
Requirements
The Candidate
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
* Qualified Finance candidates will be considered- CPA, ACCA, ACA
* At least 10 years’ experience with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
* Experience in project costing, managing full set of accounting and consolidation
* Experience on SAP, Blackline is a preferred
* Thorough knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
