Job description / Role
As a Typist you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and efficient records of written and digital information of all immigration transactions, reports and other important documents.
Job description :
• Employment Visa typing application and processing
• Timeline and releasing Visas (Manual & Onbase)
• Prepare and sending reports to Finance team
• Employment Contract Generating
• Employment Visa Processing
• Sending timeline and releasing for visa applications
• Following up with concierge team for merging UID numbers
• Co-ordinating with our PROs for overdue applications
• Co-ordinating with Ops Manager for any issue related to EChannel system – OnBase or Immigration transactions
• Assisting teammates for preparing monthly/weekly timeline achievement reports
Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Typist or in a similar role in a typing centre, immigration services or similar.
• Native Arabic Speaker .
• Proficient in touch typing and typing software (e.g., Microsoft Word).
• Excellent grammar and spelling skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience with transcription is a plus
