About the Client:
A stand alone café Mediterranean restaurant, serving signature burgers and beverages with multiple branches in UAE and KSA
Job Description:
– Demonstrates welcoming with a warm and courteous greeting of guests upon arrival and escorting to designated/reserved tables and bids farewell at the time of leaving.
– Estimates wait times and handing pagers whenever the restaurant is full.
– Maintains a guest history record of birthdays, special occasions, and preferences of regular guests, and uses the same information to create a more personalized service.
– Monitors reservations, table allocations, waiting lists, and discount redemptions. Checks reservation book regularly for next meal reservation.
– Ensures that standard procedures concerning billing, takeaways, discounts & promotional details, and outside food policies are accurately being conducted.
Requirements
Qualifications:
– Open to Arabic speakers
– Female, 25-35 years old
– At least 2 years of home country experience or experience in the same role within hotel restaurant, mid-high end café or bistro is preferred
