Charterhouse is working with a unique multi-discipline gym which specializes in Kids and Adults Fitness. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a locally built sports centre with a unique and inspiring presence in the market. Due to the success and growth of the sports centre, they are growing their teams to add value.
This role will require an energetic and results-orientated sales professional, who can deliver an exceptional sales experience and deliver results. Someone with a passion for sports, fitness and wellness with a consultative approach will be desired.
The role will require the ability to act as an ambassador with a creative selling technique for services. Listening and Communication skills will be needed to understand the needs of the clients and to find the best solutions.
The Sales Executive will manage CRM with B2B and B2C clients, using this as a tool to increase the database and sales. Additionally, the role will be responsible for the entire customer journey from finding the business opportunities through to aftersales care on completion of the sale.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, the candidate should have previous experience in the sales industry and demonstrate an interest in the fitness and wellness market. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be confident selling on the phone and face-to-face.
Experience with developing and maintaining relationships will be needed to be successful. Our client is looking for someone who is sale-orientated and a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
