Position Title: Line Cook
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and monthly incentives
Job Location: Dubai and Sharjah, UAE
About the Client:
A stand-alone Mediterranean restaurant, serving signature burgers and beverages with multiple branches in UAE and KSA
Job Description:
– Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
– Set up and organize their station with the necessary ingredients and equipment.
– Ensure all food items are cooked and plated in a timely manner.
– Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to reorder supplies as needed.
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and on their station.
Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Qualifications:
– Open to Indian, Filipino, Sri Lankan, Nepal and African nationals
– 22 to 35 years old
– At least 1 year UAE experience from hotel restaurants, mid to high-end café, or bistro
– Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
