Job Description:
? Overseeing the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
? Ensuring efficient customer service and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of the dining experience.
? Train, and supervise a team of restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and BOH staff as necessary.
? Handle the schedule routine of all FOH staff considering the peak hours, season and restaurant operational hours with the number of staff.
? Be proactive in representing the restaurant to the clients – asking them for feedback, upselling, and making sure they have the best experience.

Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus monthly incentives

Qualifications:
? Open to Levant nationals
? 40 years old and below
? Atleast 3 years polished experience with international and Levantine cuisines
? Must have solid experience in an Arabic/well-known brand in FnB, within 120 seats
